Our sole focus in life is to abide/remain in Jesus. Jesus said, “I am the vine you are the branches…apart from me you can do nothing” (John 15:5). Life then is not about our works and efforts but Jesus’ life flowing through us. To understand abiding is to live in grace: to allow Jesus to handle our salvation (Ephesians 2.8,9) and also handle our sanctification (Hebrews 13.20,21). My prayer is that this blog will encourage you to live in abiding grace.

This blog is an adventure in dialogue, to discuss the intersection of grace and being missional in a lost and hurting world. How does Jesus want to work through us to minister to a post-Christain America and minister beyond our shores to the “ends of the earth”? Such a journey is based on the assumption that the God of creation wants us to create, enjoy life and appreciate beauty in culture as tools of missionality as we function and as ministers of His grace!
